    • Prepared 0.1 to 0.9 scaled input data after processing and conducting analytical & graphical Exploratory Data Analysis using Excel, Pandas & Matplotlib
    • Performed Correlation, Auto-Correlation Function (ACF), and Partial Auto-Correlation Function (PACF) analysis for optimal selection of Input variables
    • Build Multi-Layer Perceptron Neural Networks (MLPNN) using sequential API of Keras to model RR input data for two different catchments Godaveri, India and Jardine, USA
    • Assessed state-of-the-art optimization algorithm Adam & activation function Rectifier Linear Unit as model features
    • Developed python script to automate the workflow of ANN modeling specific to model's hyperparameter tuning and catchment's temporal & spatial differences
    • Optimized MLPNN model's architecture, with tuned epochs and batch size hyperparameters taken as 100 and 10, using 3-cross validation overfitting prevention technique on different ANN models having hidden layer neurons from 1 to 20
    • Rendered a comprehensive analysis of MLPNN models (AARE <= 5.7%) in comparison with traditional conceptual models like TANK & AWBM (AARE >= 34.7%) developed through Rainfall-Runoff Library with an additional evapotranspiration variable, and other MLPNN models with same features but higher dimensional input data
    • Led a three member team during the 4-month course of the project and wrote an academic paper on it
